    • Reason for request


3. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Buffering/Slow Streams: Caused by your internet speed, device, or regional ISP issues.
❌ Content Preferences: Disliking channels/movies or expecting specific content not listed in our library.
❌ Account Sharing: Bans due to violating our Terms of Service.


4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel auto-renewal anytime, but active subscriptions will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations must be done 24 hours before renewal to avoid future charges.


5. Dispute Resolution

  • Chargebacks/disputes filed without contacting us first will result in permanent account termination.

  • We will work with you to resolve issues before escalation.
